Model European Parliament Slovakia 2022 is a four-day-long conference giving high school students the opportunity to discuss important issues faced by the EU, and practice public speaking skills. This year's session will take place from March 25th until March 28th in Bratislava.

Registration Fee

We'd like to note that registering binds you to pay the registration fee which is 30€ and includes food and drinks throughout the whole conference, as well as print and promo materials. In case you will not be able to attend the event in the end, you will have to find a delegate to replace you - we will not be refunding the paid fees.

COVID-19 Restrictions

In order to keep the delegates and organizers safe, the conference will be organized according to current national COVID-19 regulations. We will send the delegates more information in an e-mail.

Accommodation

Delegates will be accommodated in a hostel in Bratislava. It will host all accommodated delegates and is easily accessible by public transport from the committee sessions venue and the main train station. Delegates who wish to be accommodated will need to choose the "Participation + Accommodation for 3 Nights” ticket (price includes 3 nights - 1 night for 15 euros). Please note that while the committee sessions start on Saturday morning, there will be an opening ceremony and a workshop for inexperienced delegates on Friday afternoon/evening. The conference ends on Monday, with the last possible accommodation being on Sunday-Monday night.

Committee & Country Choice

Please bear in mind that we try our best to accommodate everyone's preferences, meaning that you might not get the committee or country of your first choice. However, we try to ensure everyone gets at least their second choice.

We assign the preferences based on a first-come-first-serve basis, so the sooner you fill out the form, the higher your chance of getting the committee & country you wish to be a part of.

Before you choose your preferences for a country and a committee, make sure to check the country matrix as not all the spots for specific committees are available for some delegations, plus some might be occupied by other registered future delegates.

Solo delegates, i.e. delegates who are not members of a pre-agreed delegation, please try to choose countries that are not for potential to-be-formed delegations.
