How can we give visitors up-to-date information about the program, performers and the latest news, while also being able to quickly communicate any changes – ideally straight to their phones via push notifications?

📝 The client's brief:

✅ We need a mobile app for Android and iOS that visitors can download before the event.

✅ The app has to include:

• The festival program across multiple stages,

• Information about the performers,

• News from the festival, with the option to send push notifications.

✅ The organizer needs to be able to edit the program content and the other sections themselves, directly from the admin panel.

✅ The app must be in the festival's branding.

For the client we built a custom mobile app for both Android and iOS, available to download from the App Store and Google Play.

The app was tailored to the client:

• The client chose the app name themselves,

• We used the graphics supplied by the client – a custom icon, splash screen and menu background,

• The festival's complete branding is present in every detail of the app.

• PROGRAM: A detailed program schedule by day, location and stage. Each program item can include navigation to the venue.

• MY PROGRAM: Visitors can save their favorite program items to “My Program” – and straight to their phone's calendar.

• LIST OF PERFORMERS: An alphabetical list of bands, speakers, performances or workshops.

• NEWS AND PUSH NOTIFICATIONS: The organizer can send visitors important announcements or updates in real time.

• VENUE MAP: For easier orientation around the site.

• INTERACTIVE FEATURES (optional): The ability to ask speakers questions, vote, or like questions in the conference Q&A sections.

💻 REAL-TIME CONTENT MANAGEMENT:

The client can manage the entire app content at any time through the web interface at inviton.eu, with no need for developer involvement. That means:
